I’m a program and operations leader who helps teams understand how their work actually flows, then improve it while keeping complex work moving forward.
Antoine de Saint-Exupery - Author
I feel most alive when I'm meeting new people, working through a complex problem, learning something new or communicating with individuals and groups of all kinds about a shared purpose.
I’m drawn to bringing structure to complexity and helping teams work more effectively together.
I build rapport with colleagues, stakeholders and teams, and have a proven track record of coordinating complex work from initial idea through execution.
I look closely at how work flows across people and systems, and where it can be made clearer and more effective.
In the 20 years since college, I’ve held roles including director-level professional and team and project lead within agency environments, along with time as a children’s advocate, mentor, and volunteer.
Across these experiences, I’ve worked in fast-paced environments where I helped organize moving parts, align people, and keep work progressing.
I graduated Summa Cum Laude with a Bachelor’s degree in Advertising from the School of Communication at Northern Arizona University. I also hold a Certificate in Marketing from the College of Business at NAU.

Experienced in coordinating complex work, aligning teams, and guiding initiatives from initial idea through execution. Known for bringing structure to fast-moving environments, improving communication, and helping work move forward more effectively.

I’ve used my professional skill set to solve problems and create opportunities for individuals who cannot navigate systems on their own. Although the emotional weight can be significant, I stay committed to finding a path forward and helping others do the same.

I believe one person helping another can make a meaningful impact, and I've done this in ways that improve the lives of premature babies, preschool children, elementary students, teachers, and mothers in vulnerable situations.
I’m especially interested in connecting with people working in program management, operations, and systems-focused roles.
I’m always open to thoughtful conversations about improving how work gets done and learning from others in this space.
I'm based in Gilbert, Arizona, USA.
